I'm a design resource ready to be deployed into many situations. My background in graphic design gives me a lot of flexibility in the tasks I can accomplish. Although my main expertise is in UI/UX, I can offer my other design services and creative advice in other areas such as branding, visual direction, and print.
WHAT IS DIM DESIGN?
Caught me red-handed. I made the term up, but after being a front-end developer in a past life and interfacing with many developers of different skills & personalities, I've learned how to cater my designs to help developers accomplish the needed requirements for their sprints and tasks. More time can be spent on developing much needed features than worrying about how to mimic the box-shadows.
Efficient design for your team
My designs and ideas come with a little caveat. It's not meant to be the best looking design or showcased in an award show. They are designed to ensure efficiency for both user and also developers. It has become a lost art where a designer can create a design that developers enjoy developing.
But that doesn't mean fun designs aren't in play. There's a time and purpose for adding delightful interactions to further enhance a customer's bond with the product.

Personas are basically user profiles that help define the type of customer that will be interfacing with your product. I've facilitated design discovery sessions with clients to help uncover more about their user base and often discover more purpose behind their product.

I've helped product roadmap get up to speed to consider where design fits into the roadmap. Where does design system come into play? When should design components come into fruition? I can help assist with the integration of time-saving design artifacts and processes that will ensure consistency throughout.
